This formulation contains the highest concentration of mature garlic extract per capsule. This is garlic processed by a special method, which preserves the main active substances in garlic. Selected varieties of the strongest clove garlic, grown using the organic method, are fermented for 20 months in stainless steel tanks. This results in the transformation of volatile sulfur compounds into more stable complexes and new molecules. There is also a concentration of the important sulfur compound S-Allyl Cysteine, which is up to 8 times higher in this garlic extract than in fresh garlic. At the same time, this processing process removes the strong smell that we know from fresh garlic. It is therefore an equivalent alternative to the use of fresh garlic, the known beneficial effect of which requires the consumption of more than 1-2 grams of fresh garlic per day. High consumption of fresh garlic, however, can bring, in addition to great pain in the mouth, also a potential burn of the digestive tract. Thanks to the metabolism of the active ingredients of fresh garlic in the body, they are released by the body and also cause body odor from sulfur compounds, which is not very socially appropriate. The advantage of this fermented garlic is the very convenient consumption of a sufficient amount of garlic without odor, burning and other adverse effects. Garlic is a wonderful plant consumed by our ancestors for centuries, and one of the strongest varieties of clove garlic is traditionally consumed in our region.
