Dosage: Mix 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of powder with at least 250 ml of cold water. Slowly add the powder while stirring constantly. Take once a day with food.

Pure calcium magnesium citrate powder may raise the temperature of liquids on contact ; therefore, the recommended serving MUST be mixed with at least 250ml of cold liquid to neutralize this reaction before ingestion.
