5-HTP, an intermediate metabolite between the amino acid tryptophan and serotonin, is obtained from the seed of an African plant (Griffonia simplicifolia).

Composition in a dose of 1 softgel capsule: 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan) (from Griffonia simplicifolia extract) (seeds) 50 mg **; **- The daily reference value of income is not established.

Other ingredients: Rice flour and hypromellose (vegetable capsule).

Not made with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish or nuts.

Manufactured in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Dosage: 1 capsule per day, preferably on an empty stomach before going to bed.

Warning : For adults only. Not recommended for pregnant and lactating women.

Consult your doctor if you are taking medication (especially antidepressants) or have a medical condition.

May cause drowsiness and mild transient GI symptoms. In case of GI disturbance, take with food.

It is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
