Beta-1,3/1,6 D-glucan (beta-glucans) is a bioactive carbohydrate obtained from the cell wall of the food yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae, commonly known as baker's yeast. Scientific studies have shown that beta-1,3/1,6 D-glucan supports a healthy immune system through its ability to maintain several aspects of the body's normal immune functions. NOW® Extra Strength Beta-Glucans is supplemented with ImmunEnhancer™, a high molecular weight polysaccharide extracted from the western larch tree that has been studied for its ability to support a healthy immune response.

Composition in a dose of 2 vegetable capsules: Beta-1,3/1,6-D-glucan powder (from Saccharomyces cerevisiae) 500 mg **, ImmunEnhancer [Arabinogalactan from larch (Larix occidentalis)] 400 mg **; **- The daily reference value of income is not established.

Other Ingredients: Cellulose (capsule), cellulose powder, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

NOW Extra Strength Beta-Glucans has more than double the beta-glucans (250 mg per capsule) of Now Foods' regular strength product (100 mg per capsule).

Not made with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish or nuts.

Manufactured in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Dosage: 2 capsules 1-3 times a day
